We conduct comprehensive proceedings regarding the return of the so-called Maut / toll in front of the competent German office and in court.

In order to effectively stop the limitation period for the return for 2017 and recover the overpaid toll for this year, you must submit a properly argued and documented application to the Bundesamt für Güterverkehr representing the German state in this matter. The application must be complete and properly justified.

According to the current toll-collect information (04/12/2020), the Mautaufstellung statements, i.e. motorway tolls for the years 2917-2020, will be available in user accounts from 12/12/2020. These statements are necessary to document the fees incurred. However, it will be possible to supplement these lists as early as 2021.

The court with jurisdiction for the claim for reimbursement is the Cologne Administrative Court, Verwaltungsgericht Köln.
