On highways and parking lots in the Federal Republic of Germany, Polish tractors outnumber the German ones. Although Polish road transport companies are, to a large extent, still family businesses, they have grown in strength and are gaining international markets by storm.

Along with the development and expansion abroad, however, problems arise with the application of the provisions of foreign law.

The most common problem of Polish companies cooperating with German contractors is, unfortunately, the lack of payment of the due transport by the German contractor.
